Message from our Community Lay Director
Dear 7MWWJ Community,
What an exciting time it is! Amidst the snow and cold of this long winter, as Christians we know that warm days are coming and they will soon burst forth with our first four 7MWWJ weekends! The 1st team (MD-MT-208) is holding its Team Retreat this weekend in preparation for your Pilgrims. I need you to help me get the word out that our Pilgrim numbers are quite low for this time of year..
If the Lord lays the name of a potential Pilgrim on your heart, please pray over that person. I would ask for a clear discernment to see if this is the time that God has in mind for them to attend. We all want to have full weekends, but more than that, we need to be obedient to HIS will and send the Pilgrims that he has planned for their Walk this Spring. The website is up and running, Pilgrim and Team applications may be found under the “Data” tab. Currently we are still using www.mdemmaus.com, but are transitioning to www.7milewalk.org, all info is up live on both sites..
I look forward to this awesome and powerful ministry continuing this year and watching as the Holy Spirit continues to change lives in mighty ways, Pilgrims and Team alike!.
Rejoicing in the Lord Always, .
Rick McGhee .
